Z10, Q10, Q5 are "Other BB Smartphones" ???

Hey BlackBerry! The Contact Us / Help (http://us.blackberry.com/customer-service/contact-us.html) webpage links to this forum for help with Bold, Curve, Style, Storm, and Other... How about fixing it so that it sends you to a higher level where you can find help for Z10, Q10, Q5, etc!!!

Re: Z10, Q10, Q5 are "Other BB Smartphones" ???

Someone has just simply not updated the link on that to link directly to the new main page.

Perhaps we can pass that along. Thanks.

Please do pass it along! Little things like this matter to the new non-committed BlackBerry user who needs help but gets frustrated along the way! I assume it's not only the US page that needs updating too - BlackBerry, get on it! Smiley Happy

Please understand that you are participating in a volunteer-contributed user-to-user community. This is not a formal channel for any communications with, escalations to, nor support from BlackBerry for any purpose whatsoever. You may have noticed this banner at the top of nearly all pages on this site:

BSCF User Comm.JPG

JSanders, another volunteer user here (not a BB employee) has graciously offered to try and pass your report along, and thanked you for reporting it. The tone and tenor of your reply to him is a bit unwarranted, IMHO.

Good luck!

My post and reply are clearly directed at BlackBerry and even included a smiley Smiley Tongue A little touchy, are we? But yes, we should appreciate our volunteer Resident Experts and Hall of Famers more! Thank you for all your hard work! and sorry for the posts that frustrate you...

PS I realized that perhaps you are simply misunderstanding my use of exclamation marks Smiley Happy

[ Edited ]

There, I've even accepted his post as the official solution Smiley Happy Have a good day

BTW given that BlackBerry only offers these community forums and its @BlackBerryHelp Twitter account as its Contact Us / Help options, I think it's fair to expect at least some informal contact with official BlackBerry. I realize that's not how it works right now, but one can dream of great customer support, right? They are definitely losing out if they don't already have a ear for the expert filtered advice and suggestions of the BlackBerry Support Community Forums Resident Experts and Hall of Famers.
