about system memory

Can I know where my system memory is using it's a 361 mb useing & 118 mb free can I reduce it

Your system memory may used by phone contacts, Note ,Calender events etc .

Move all item in card memory ,hope its work.

In BlackBerry smartphone you can store your Music, Picture and video file in the media card. All other information are store in the on board device memory. There is no option change this feature.

you can take back up your phone data by connecting it to ur PC and via using blackberry pc studio or blackberry desktop software ...
