account suspended or deactivated

hi, i recently bought a second hand mobile.. but it has a problem.. when i connect to blackberry internet service plan i succed but my service status says blackberry internet service not conected.. i am able to use blackberry messenger but other application that requires internet service do not work.. and when i try to register my phone at zantel.blackberry.com it says your account is either suspended or deactivated.. can you please unsuspend me? thank you

You need to contact Zantel directly. This is a user-to-user forum as you should have been warned when you signed up.

It sounds like you've purchased a device which might have been reported lost or stolen.


No one here can fix that, we're uses just like you, not RIM employees.


You need to try to get your money back from the seller, as they sold you a non-working device.
