address book

I just had to do a hard reset on my phone. Before doing the reset, when I looked at my contact list and hovered over a specific contact, if they had multiple numbers, it would show both of them. Now, the only way I can see their numbers is if I actually select the contact.

What did I do NOW?

Re: address book

Welcome to the forums!

Please send you Model phone (ex. Curve 8330) and OS you are running (find of in options -about v.4.x.x.xxx)

When you say "hover" do you mean just putting the cursor on an item and not clicking it?

I just tested that and I cannot do it with out clicking on the contact.

Let me know so we can get it figured out!

Re: address book

There are two way to view multiple contacts in BlackBerry. One as mentioned above by Bifocals and another is if you look for a contact from the homescreen (provided that you've enabled Dial From Home Screen). To do so go to your Call Log -> Options -> General Options -> Dial From Home Screen: Yes.
