Re: after resetting to factory settings cannot create my mail boxes

Hi,

I gave you the wrong link for the BIS procedure sorry.

This is the correct link for sending service books via PC or the device:

Click here: Send the service books

On the bottom is the icon you are looking for on the Blackberry for email settings.

Second from the right, highlighted.

Thanks,

Bifocals

Re: after resetting to factory settings cannot create my mail boxes

Bifocals:  I did finally did it, thanks to you man!  What a releif, can now go back to trying to sync the BOLD to my MacBook using PocketMac for the BlackBerry, which was the original cause of the problem.  It froze trying to sync CONTACTS so I opted to erase several hundred contacts that were got imported from my SIM card thinking that would solve the sync problem only to lose all my mail boxes.  But thanks again, you are  THE MAN!

cheers,

Bifoclas,

OK thanks again, I think I did set the resolve thread button -- I'm new to this.  And thank you for the tip for the Mac forums, now to tackle the MacBook sync problem.

Re: after resetting to factory settings cannot create my mail boxes

WAIT, you're the very same user I've been helping in this other thread:

http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-Bold/Security-wipe-on-bold-9900/m-p/1896261#M12730...

Please stop double posting and cross posting. That is extremely frustrating and just wastes both our times.

Stick to one thread on this one issue.  Thanks.
