after software update and bbm update wont turn on after reboot

bbm stopped working so i updated the software, it was then working fine but i chose to upgrade it to the voice and it wouldnt work it was just a blue screen, so plugged it in to my laptop and did all my upgrades now it wont go past the rebooting screen with a full bar, what do i do

Thanks for the question.

 

Just to clarify, you updated the device software software after your BBM was not loading up and now it will not load at the BlackBerry loading screen?

 

If so, I would suggest following the steps in this KB article to bring the BlackBerry Curve 9360 smartphone back to life: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10144

 

Once completed then test the performance of the BlackBerry Curve and try to use BBM.
