Greetings to all the forums.
My name is Carlo and I write from Italy.

My problem:


First an explanation:

- Server Exchange without BES
- Public IP
- 10 users with email user@domain-name.it.
Each of them has a terminal blackberry configured only with the provider mail (in our case Vodafone Italy. - user@mobileemail.vodafone.it - )

When an external or an internal user sends an email to user-A@domain-name.it, the mail is forwarded from the server exchange to user-A@mobileemail.vodafone.it.

But our exchange server (public-IP) is finished in several blacklists and when forwarding the mail does not reach the Blackberry and the sender receive an email with the following message:

user-A@mobileemail.vodafone.it.
antispam9.c0.bise7.blackberry # 550 # 5.7.1. Your access to submit message to this e-mail systems have Been rejected.
# # rfc822; utenteA@nomedominio.it
[cut]

I’m working to delist my public IP from various blacklists

Question:
Blackberry relies on a blacklist, or has its own system.?
If it’s got his own system, how can I delist my public IP?

BB probably is connected to Spamhaus or another services
