any one have solution....

 

hello

i have blackberry 9360. and i have problem about the language in my device. this issue i face off last 2 month. this is my second message. i hope some one give me right answer.
3 time i remove my BB desktop softwear from my pc. but every time i am not see language pack on my desktop softwear. 2 times i rebort my handset. but noting change, so some one help me how can i add my language pack on my handset.
