app error 200 and unable to connect to desktop manager

up until now i thought i could get round on my blackberry now im feeling helpless and totally thick ;-)

 

ive spent nearly 6 hours trying to find a solution so i hope someone can help

 

update to version 4.7 this morning all was fine then went into advanced to remove other languages and thats where all this nonsense started screen gone white APP ERROR 200

tried everything i could think off battery out reset etc nothing!

 

Somehow i can no longer connect the bold to the desktop manager either

asking me for a password that i dont remember even having.

Strange thing is it connects to the blackberry device manager no problems

i uninstalled the desktop went back to 4.6 and nothing even downloaded the set up software seperately.

 

i have been through loads of forums and every single one has directed me to blackberry forums which havent given me an solution

 

its only 3 months old and im gutted

 

I hope im clear enough on the problem i have
