When I switch it on my blackberry 8900, it gives me a white screen that says "app error 200/ reset, I've restated it a dozen times but still it gives me the same message.
I have tried installing another software but still nothing changed.
When I use my desktop manager to un-install a theme i recently installed, it doesn't show me my apps.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please try to Reload your device software in a clean manner , you can do a backup of your data before performing those steps :

After reload don't restore everything from your backup files , use a selective restore .You can restore only you contacts , calender entries , memos etc. If error cease then install a fresh copy of each application from BlackBerry app world . Sometime those error appear because of any installed application , So choose application wisely , install only those that you really need and use regularly .
