I was installing an application via blackberry desktop manager... now I get this message on my blackberry in a white screen


App error 200


with a possibility of reseting...



Why is it happening?

Hi and welcome to the forums!

You will have to reload the device OS on your Bold.

Use this procedure as guidance, make sure you restore from a backup created before

this error occurred.
