app error 200

My bb 9300 reboot and gives me a white screen with an app error 200, I have downloaded the bb software for pc and if I connect the phone it does not highligt the option to delete the data. If I do a software update its says the software is updated. Please help??

Ok, your BB OS installation is corrupted / setup was incomplete.  You'll need to reload your BB OS.  I hope you've done a backup of your data!!

Please try this Knowledge Base to resolve your issue with this Error :


KB11320 : How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device software using BlackBerry desktop software for windows


I hope you already have a backup of your device , Or if you device allow first do a backup .


Additional Information can be found here :

KB30100 :  "JVM 200" appears on the BlackBerry smartphone.
