app error 602

Hallo, was updating my new BB Torch 9800. then it resets and I get the message app error 602. Everything I do is only restarting the BB and the message appears again. 

Please help

I get the same error.

It's centered on the a completely white screen.

"App Error 602"

"Reset" is on the next line,  highlighted in reverse video. i.e. white text with black background.

Unfortunately, this is an error generated from one of your applications.  Best thing to do would be to roll back your last application install.
