Good day. i keep facing this challenge, i have done hard reset, i have done security wipe and i hava also had to restore to factory settings,but i still face this challenge , especially when i am indoors. i actually thought it was an insufficient network issue but that doesnt seem to be the case. kindly assist on what to do as the challenge is becoming frustrating. sometimes the phone goes off on its own, people call me and say it rang while they do that, but i dont see any records neither do i hear the phone ring.

Thanks for the prompt response. However my problem still persist, but i was able to download my support log (file dump) but dont know how i can get technical support online. please assist.
