app error

hi my curve 9300 shows an app error 552 and i cant get rid of it or update anything through my desktop manager to fix it!! can i rerset any other way to fix it? pls help

ive tried it but even if its connected to my pc the fone doesnt allow any access to it with that app error 552 displayed. is there any other way to rset it without connecting it?  pls help

Have you gone through the KB ?

 

Within that KB , there is a method on how to force the detection see KB10144 .

 

Have you tried that ?
