hi can some one please help i just tried to update my bb curve and then went to reboot it and when almost done i get an message saying app error 200 and then it just does it all again how do i get past this can anyone help

What is your device Model and to which version you had updated your device software.To resolve your issue Please reload your Device Software .I am sure it will fix the problem have a look :

thanks for your reply it is a blackberry curve 9300 and do i reload on the phone itself as that is the problem i can't get past the reload and that is where i am getting the message rite at the end as it finishes and can't use the phone
