app world purchase failure

i was trying to purchase an app from app world mbut after the payment fininshed an error was shown "no parameters" and i didnt get the app but money has been reduced from my account for the purchase..

what should be done so that i get my money back or the app

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue purchasing applications. 

 

When you search for this application, does it require you purchase it again? Or do you get the option to Reinstall?
