app world required latest blackberry id version

To open my App world it says that it requires the latest version of the BlackBerry ID, so I pressed upate but it says the 'Software update was interrupted. Please try again.' So I turned my phone off and pressed update over and over again but nothing happens. My internet connection is great, my bbm and everything else works fine.<br>When I pressed close instead of update, here's what came up, BlackBerry Identity installaton failed. Please try again later. (80002) I also tried taking out the battery and putting it back in?6-7 times but there was no changes in error.
