application purchased from app world is not working and there is no support getting from app lock

I purchased App Lock application from Ajani Infotech Private limited,after 3 rd day of purchase regestation got failed and trying to get support from http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/8050 there is no responce, got tired of contacting on support site there is no responce. Very bad experiance
