Hi and welcome to the forums!

Have you received any error messages? I upgraded as well but haven't had an issue.

1. Do a hard reset

2. Go to options>device>Application Management> find the Blackberry Application resource monitor.

Without clicking on the app[ press the menu key> view properties and edit the default permissions. I would disable the compatibility mode, in my opinion it's not beneficial.

3. If all else fails you can always delete the app (please do a full device backup first). It will be listed as uninstalled on App World but you can always reinstall it.

Let us know how it goes!

And to turn off compatibility mode...3.I tried that multiple times.. Still no luck.. In using version 1.0.0.35 now. Is it possible to get back the old version of the app? I really want the app working.
