Please HELP me. i'm tyring to download some apps, but when i'm finally ready to download the app, the appwork said "Please connect your device." My Blackberry 8520 is connected to the computer and i have a blackberry app world installed in both my computer and phone. i even tried to remove my baterry and turn my phone on again. Please Help.

Hi angelicating and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!
It's possible that even though you have your BlackBerry Curve connected, your computer may not be detecting it or it may not have the proper drivers installed. I would recommend downloading and installing the BlackBerry Desktop Software if you haven't done so already. This will install the proper drivers needed to detect and access the device.
