hello there! i lost my blackberry curve unfortunately i dont know the serial number but i have the blackberry pin.Am asking if you could help me with the serial number  Removed personal information to comply withCommunity GuidelinesandTerms and Conditions of Use.

There is no serial number for a BlackBerry. There is what is known as a IMEI or MEID, similar to a serial number. That would be printed on the white label of the box the device came in, or your mobile provider might know your IMEI.

They told me that they dont have that information.But that if i knew the imei they can help me trace it.so what can you advise me

Am sorry i lost it either.the only thing i know is the blackberry pin and the other information on my blackberry protect account such as client i.d cant it help if i gave you tretrieve my imei

It's very unusual for a carrier to assist with the recovery of a lost phone, even if the IMEI/PIN is known. Some offer self-serve options on their website but that's usually the extent of it. You'll probably have to get a new phone but make sure you install BlackBerry Protect when you get it. You can track your phone with Protect.
