back up problem

So here is my question

I have a pearl flip and I am using it god knows how long 
as you know Bluetooth stopped working after a week 
and last week my micro USB jack got broken and there is no way to fix that part because connection on the mother board got bad.
So I bought a dock(which is not easy in 2013 in Turkey)


I tried to download blackberry protect but it did not let me

the question is :my wifi connection and normal connection is still working is there a way to back up my phone?

What error did you receive when you tried to use BlackBerry Protect?  Also what data are you looking to backup?


Do you have Bluetooth on your computer or laptop?
