I downloaded the Barnes & Noble eReader app for the blackberry.
The app downloaded and installed correctly. BUT now the app won't open.
It starts opening and then crashes. What do I need to do to make it work?

Did you obtain it through AppWorld or separately?
Check Compatibility Mode -- if it is on, turn it off...if it is off, turn it on.
Hard battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Contact the developer for assistance.

The Barnes and Noble eReader app can only be downloaded directly from B&N. It is not available on App World.
I changed the compatibility setting for the Barnes and Noble eReader app from disabled to enabled. I then did a hard reboot.
This is definitely not a memory problem since I checked the available free memory.
It still does not work. When I click on the BN icon, the keyboard appears and then disappears.
