battery issue

Hello 

 

I have a small black clock loading on my screen. Since, my phone will discharge very quickly.
Can you help me please.

First thing to try is a battery pull.  That is open the back, pull out the battery, wait 10 seconds and then re insert it.  Smiley Happy

Is the clock causing the device to freeze / run slow?  Have you installed any apps recently when you noticed this?  You're able to navigate around the blackberry menus, etc correct?

No new apps exept viber and google talk and it was before i saw the black clock.

I'm wondering if one of these apps started the issue and it took a bit for the black clock to start happening.


Try safe mode:

Battery pull, insert battery and when the red light goes off, hold down the back key through the entire boot process.  It will give you a message about safe mode.    
Uninstall those apps and do another battery pull.  If it works fine, then one or both of those apps have an issue on your device.

You can install one at a time and see what happens.

same issue... i uninstall the google talk and viber apps and the clock is still here -(

Gotcha, just to confirm, you mean the spinning clock on the middle of the screen correct?
