bb app world

ok so my style keeps randomly hiding the app world program my device management says its installed but none of my icons are hidden and i still cant find it, help?

KB29422 : BlackBerry App World icon is missing after upgrading to BlackBerry App World 4.0.0.63 to 4.0.0.65

Something is definitely wrong with App World. I received notification for updates for two apps. But when App World is launched from the PlayBook, the new versions are not available for download.

I'm having the same problem. I downloaded an update for the app world on saturday and restarted my phone afterwards. Only to find that I no longer have the app world icon on my phone and am unable to access it. 

 

Has anyone found a solution to this problem??

Hi TAngiers

 

                         Have you gone through the Knowledge Base as suggested on # post 3 ? If not please go through it and try those Resolutions mentioned within that Knowledge Base .So try it and let us know.

i actualy just went back and installled the previous version and it works fine Smiley Happy

                           That's great ! If having problem with the recent version of App World then Installing the previous version is the best options until a newer version is released.

I had the same problem, and for me as well re-installing the older version of app-world solved the problem.
