I am un able to load the apps world.

Do you have a WiFi connection available?  If so, try doing this over WiFi with your mobile conenction turned off.

I have this error, now for 2months that - can't access my app world, tried the solution givin. And it doesn't work with my bb8520. Help please

Hi.....I have blackberry 8520 I purchase it yesterday when I open app world it shows a massege(app world needs the latest version of bbid)when I upgrade then it shows(sorry blackberry update server is not working)please help me
