i have bb bold 9700 on t-mobile uk. the problem is i have full mobile network signal in doors as soon as i leave the house my mobile network turns off , i really can not figure this one out. it is not in warranty so cant take it back. been driving me mad . help needed.

Ahh, its quite strange. Anyways please check signal strength inside and outside and do let us know.
Press Alt + nmll, while you press Alt and nmll simultaneously nothing will appear on screen but once you finish typing then signal strength in numeric values, share that value with us of both location (Inside & Outside).
Also go to manage connection > mobile network option > change network selection mode to manual and select carrier manually and then observe.
Also share OS version of your device as well.

hi thanks for that , im running os6 , i have a new problem i can not connect to a network now , so pointless reading the outside signal inside it says - 256 , with a black - 5 underneath thats inside the house . there is not a network problem around here so it is something to do with the phone again. thanks
