bb bold 9900


i am resident in uk, i have been having problems with my bb 9900 bold, first i lost all the information then it kept reloading it self for a day or two, then it went dead, tried to charge it using my laptop i got a message (error 507) tried to reload it on line, i cant do so, because it comes on anf off it self, stays on for like 30sec then goes off again, having this problem even connected on line cant be reloaded.

can you please advise on how to fix it, or if i send it to you can you fix it?

francly if i knew that blackberry was acting like this i would not spent £1200 buying it for my wife and kids, i am really and truly disappointed.
