Re: bb bolt, lost all languages, only english us with new update, how to get them back?

Sorry I have a torch, thxs for you reply, but this does not work.the problem is, see next,if I select applications, it will not show "languages & inport support" my wifes BB does, before the update, mine did this as well, now not more. Reinstalling old version, stiil the same, only english is selected, no other languages, via BB desktop no folder languages in applications folder.

For BlackBerry Desktop Software 6.0 to 7.0:

  1. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer.
  2. Open the BlackBerry Desktop Software.
  3. Select Applications.
  4. In the Language and Input Support section, select the language to be added to the BlackBerry smartphone (a + will appear next to the language to install)
  5. Click Apply.
