bb - stc in saudi Arabia

I activate my BB from www.aljawal.blackberry.com but i forgot my user name

and now I received emails on ( My name@aljawal.blackberry.com ) but i can not change or add another email to my BB...

 

i tried many times to get it back but no option there for that .. when i called our customer service (they know nothing and they couldn't help me)    CAN U HELP ME?????

To retrieve you BIS account's password go to Email Settings icon then click Forgot Password. You'll be prompted to enter your User Name. Then you'll get the password as PIN message to your device.


Moreover, you can call your operator's customer service and ask them to resend your password.

I got my Password when i tried with my PIN number  but I CAN'T remmber MY USER

How did you got your password without entering user name?


Anyway you can call for your operator's help. Just let then know your device PIN they can inform you your user name.

Hello,

 

Did you have any luck finding your username ! I am also stuck with the same problem. I know its unbelievable  but >.......

 

I tried 902 (STC) but i sincerely believe that it will be easier to call and speak to God than to a STC customer care rep !

 

If you have any suggestions let me know.
