bb torch 9800 stolen must be reset

hello,

5 days ago while in buenos aiires, argentina, my mobile was stolen. i´ve been told that the persons is continually updating my bbm, therefore can contact everyone in my phonebook.. i've tried to reset the device over bb protect but it wont let me. is there any way to block my pin? please need help! thank you!!

All things are listed there, and most useful things would have to have been done before it was stolen. Specifically, had you used a device-lock password, this would not be a problem.

 

I'm not sure why Protect won't let you now Wipe it...what happens when you make the attempt?
