bbid password forgotten and the email attached is gone.

Hi.  I have moved jobs but the email assigned to the (blackberry id)  bbid was with my former employer the phone is mine.  Now I cannot access apps or move accounts around. 

 

Please let me know how to fix this and access my blackberry id and password.

You can create and reset your BlackBerryID Password from this link:

www.bbid.com

Otherwise, you'll need to create a new BlackBerryID.

You can also try contacting your carrier (Fido). Contact Fido's technical support (I think you just need to call *611 on your phone), explain the situation to them and they may be able to assist you in changing the email address associated with your BlackBerry ID.
