Have you tried Re-Installing BBM on your device ? If not then please try it again and see if that helps.But before that please Uninstall BBM from your device for that On your Homesvreen Go to Options > Device > Application Management > Scroll to BlackBerry Messenger > press the menu key then delete it.If device prompt for a restart then do it.
Then perform another battery pull restart like this Device POWERED ON remove the battery wait for a min. then reinsrt it back.Then from your BlackBerry Browser browse to www.blackberry.com/bbm and download the same.After Installing the recent BBM7 your device will restart and will prompt your to login to your BlackBerry ID .
Then have a try.If error appears perform another Battery pull restart and see if that helps.

thanks for that, but i have re install my bbm many times, but it still doesn't work.
You mentioned that you even downgraded your BBM version on your device ,What error are you getting when you try to lunch BBM on your device ?
