bbm 7 problems

I have recently upgraded my bbm, and now it does not work.is installing,but is says bbm can not be associated with blackberry.and says registration failed.

While trying to register, make sure you are connected toa secure wireless network and make sure that the login credentials are correct.

 

If not, retrieve the correct login ID and password and then try to log in.

 

This is required because BBM 7 uses you BBID to sync your blackberry contacts.

Hello,
Also if it does not work you can try to downgrade BBM at rroyy.com/ota (access it via your BlackBerry's Browser)

do you have OS6 or OS5 ?

what is the exact error message and when does it happen exactly?

I'm using 0s6,it pops a messege saying,registration failed.blackberry messenger could not associate bbm with blackberry I'd.please insure the time is set correctly,...
