I urgently need help with my bbm. I upgraded to bbm 7 but now the phone keeps asking to det the time and date and will not finish the download. I have business contact on bbm and cannot afford to lose them.
If some one can please advise me on how to get the matter resolved.

Sorry to hear about your issue. Is this still happening for you? Do you have a backup of your BlackBerry Messenger contacts? What is the exact error message you are getting?
