bbm activation

hey there i am an indian and a new user of BBM services, today i got activation msg for my bbm but when i visited the my carrier's website and tried to register my device with its PIN and IMEI no it showed me that both are incorrect and i cound'nt activate my bbm service I live in delhi my mobile carrier is DOLPHIN(TRUMP) MTNL, and my BB device is 9780

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

You need to ring up your carrier as they are responsible for delivery of ALL services to your device. Only they can look "behind the scenes" at their system to see why it's not working for you.
