bbm isn't working

Hi, I have had bbm for over a month and have paid the £5 to get it. It's all working well but yesterday some of my friends were bc a message 'From BlackBerry' about dp freezing and everything. I have done what they said but my dp has completely frozen and I have tried to change it to what it was, to another picture but they aren't working? Please help

Thanks for letting me know I thought it was because my bbm is working like normal now. I took the battery out and back in and now all the problems have been solved.

Please help me people my bbm isnt working i have to take the battery out hour so i keep getting messages but if i dont do that them my bbm wont recive messages orupdates and i need to fix this asap im getting a new bb but until then i need this fixed

I have a blackberry bold 9930. My bbm is not working i tried sending messages but a red x appears and i can't receive any messages . The update bars also disappeared. I took the battery out but it still the same what can i do?
