bbm not working

I just can not get my BBM to work on my torch 9800, it has been sitting on(associating BBM with your blackberry id ) for days now

I have rebooted and reinstalled so many times but no luck.

any fix or idea

Others have had this issue as well.


On your PC, go to www.bbid.com and confirm you can login your BlackBerryID.

On your BlackBerry, look at Options > Device > BlackBerryID and make sure you are logged in there.
 Press the Menu > Check for Updates.

when i press Device on the phone it does not give me further options to blackberry id
