Is there perhaps a specific symptom you can provide? "not working" is a bit vague to allow for educated guesses. Also, are your other BB-specific services working (e.g., PUSH email, web browsing, etc.)? What is the status of BlackBerry Internet Service within Manage Connections > Services Status?
Nevertheless, I do suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should probably ring up your mobile service provider and ensure that the data play you are subscribed to includes BBM. There are hundreds of different carriers in the world, each with dozens of different data plans...only they can tell you if BBM should work for you or not (based on the data plan you are subscribed to from them).

my bbm is not working i tried to on and off my phone.i have downloaded one game and blackberry protect and my connection is just 20 days old please help me asap.I am unable to recieve my mails and connect through bbm.Edge is written in small letters.
With that, you definitely need to talk to your mobile service provider. Lower case edge means your BB can "see" your carriers mobile data network, but it cannot attach to it. Your carrier must resolve this.
