Please can you help. My blackberry was stolen a few months ago. Yesterday I found a staff member who had received a bbm friend request from someone who was a friend of mine. I asked to see their phone. They have my bbm pin. Is this possible that this is my phone if he has my bbm no? if not then how did he get my bbm pin on his blackberry.

Every BlackBerry device has a unique BBM pin. That's your phone. Ask the one who has the phone where did he get it. Do you have the box of your BlackBerry? Locate the sticker on the box and find IMEI number. Now see if the BlackBerry phone that is stolen from you is the same IMEI on the box.
