i am a black berry curve 9360 user in india by bbm was working fine till today noon post that there has been a problem and it is not working since last 12 hours pls suggest is a provider error or there is some problem at black berry end
waiting for a postive solution

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
No one here, on this user-to-user community, has any access to any systems to validate where the problem may lie, if there even is one. So I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support as only they have access to any systems to make any formal inquiry of...and only they can escalate the query up to BlackBerry if formal support from them is needed.
