My problem is that my bbm wont set up, I am on pay as you go and have payed my monthly payment to use bbm. My phone is the Curve 9320 and it is new, I have imformed my local store about this problem and they told me to register a complaint on the website. Anyway my bbm is stuck on 'a temorary bbm server error has occured' please help this has been going on for about a month now and I really want to start using bbm again.

Please make sure that Vodafone has indeed placed the CORRECT BlackBerry data plan on your account.
On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?
