Anyone who knows that answer typically would be specifically enjoined from revealing it. Besides, with technology, it's very hard to know when something will be fixed...the problems are complex and often have cascading effects (much like when I work on my lawn sprinkler system!), rendering any forward looking promises moot...and merely the fodder for more dissatisfaction.

mine startg for like one minute now its stopped again, not sure if its true but iv heard its meant to be fixed by eight tomorrow morning!(:
