bbm wont work??

hi there i just want to know how you get bbm to work on a blackberry 8520 ive topped up and sent MONTHBB to 441 as im on tmobile and i got a text back sayin i have 30 days on email an web, but when i go to add some to bb it jus says pending an it dont work.. can some one help?

I would suggest you ring your mobile network provider to ensure your data plan includes BBM™ as each plan includes different options. Your plan may only include email and browsing. Your carrier can confirm for you what features are available.
