bbm

I have a UK based 9810 on v7.1.0 bundle 2061.
I did have a 9810 on v6 software and was running bbm7 with no problems, I was sent a saftware upgrade notification for the v7 software listed above, I did this and lost the bbm7. App world stated that bbm was unavailable for this device.
I have had a new device sent to me with the v7 software ready installed but still get the bbm unavailable for this device so I can't upgrade my bbm.
Is there a solution to this, I am seeing the same problem all over the internet bit no solutions.
Any help gratefully received

I just went to www.blackberry.com/bbm and downloaded it from there, works ok now
