bbm

I updated my bbm but now I can't find it, it says its installed, I've tried wiping, showing all aplications, going to menu and then switch application but still can't find it? Even my messages, no bbm messages are coming through?

  • Delete BBM from your Options > Device > Applications. Scroll to BBM and delete it.
  • Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
  • Now, after reboot, use your BlackBerry browser to go to www.blackberry.com/bbm and download install again.
