when i send bbm req to my friend it shows req pending . he add me too bt still req pending ..how cn i slove dis .. m using wifi at home.. help me i cn i solved this prob

For most Proprietary BlackBerry Service or applications like BBM , Emails etc we need an active BlackBerry Data Plan from our respective Carriers , Can you confirm you have it in your Account ?

 

If you don't have it then Call or Contact your Carrier Rogers to active such plan , it will resolve your issue .
