Re: bbm

Hello manu98

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

Are you having and using BlackBerry Messenger before this Update ? To which version you're trying to Update ?

If you're using BBM before then try reinstalling BBM which might help .

To do that first delete any existing version of BBM if you have on your device . On your Homescreen Go to Options > Device Application Management > Locate and delete BlackBerry Messenger from there.

KB10040  :  How to view or remove installed application on a blackberry smartphone

After deleting do a Battery Pull Restart like this device POWERED ON remove the battery wait a min. then re-insert it back . After reboot from your BlackBerry Browser browse www.blackberry.com/bbm and download the most recent available for your device .

Try it and let us know.
