black berry 9900

I bought a blakberry 9900 but it doesnt want stay with one service provider . I did put it on manual but it keeps on jumping to another service provider which only allows only sos calls and render the phone effectively inoperable . I had various other phones and none of them had this problem .

To confirm - are you using the SIM card that was provided by your carrier? Can you please private message me your device PIN so, I can check your BlackBerry services for you? Here is how to retrieve your PIN.
